  • I am a native of Tennessee whose undergraduate and medical training was primarily in North Carolina. I came to New England in 1981 and relocated to the seacoast in 1994 where I joined Doctors Palacio and Miller. I enjoy all aspects of a general neurosurgical practice and appreciate the opportunity to work with such a committed group and in such a well equipped facility.
